  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on most products.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking ID/link will be provided.
  • Customers can track their order status in real-time.

6. Delays in Shipping

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/video).
  • For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service and resolve the issue.
